Go ahead and start today

To get your business online with the Xtra Business QuickStart Package, follow these simple steps:

Connect to Xtra and create an Xtra login account using the CD or register online here. Write down the Login ID you use to connect - you'll need this to complete the order form for your Domain Name
(Please Note: Your Login ID is also referred to as User ID. It is in effect your email address. Please remember to be consistent with lower case and upper case each time you logon.)

Ready, set, go...

When you connect to Xtra using the CD the Internet software is installed and configured on your computer. Your email address will automatically be configured with a temporary @xtra.co.nz address. You then need to apply to register your chosen Domain Name and Xtra will confirm in writing when your Domain Name is registered (allow about 5 working days for the registration process to take place). We'll also send you instructions on how to change your @xtra address to your Domain Name address. While you are waiting for your Domain Name to be registered you can use your temporary @xtra email addresses.

You can use the CD to install your Xtra connection onto more than one computer. Just follow the standard installation instructions on the CD, but during the online registration process follow the "Existing Xtra User" instructions rather than "New Xtra User" option. Enter your Xtra email address (login ID) and password when prompted.
